The problem
WiseMoves is a health and wellness practice specialising in C.H.E.K. (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology), a methodology that addresses physical, mental, and emotional health through tailored exercise and lifestyle programs. The practitioner had exceptional skills but no way for potential clients to find them online.
There was no website, no digital presence, no source of information for prospective clients, and no customer funnel. People who could benefit from the service simply could not discover it. Those who did hear about it through word of mouth had nowhere to go to learn more or book.
The challenge
The challenge was not just building a website. It was building an entire digital ecosystem from scratch: a site that explained the service clearly, content that built trust with a sceptical audience unfamiliar with C.H.E.K. methodology, and a structured path from first visit through to booking.
The content had to bridge the gap between a specialist practitioner's expertise and what a potential client actually needs to hear before they make an enquiry.

Client behaviour research
We conducted research into the target audience's behaviour, motivations, and decision-making process. This informed the site structure, messaging, and conversion strategy.
Content development
We worked closely with the practitioner to develop content that translated their expertise into language that resonated with potential clients. Technical concepts were made accessible without being dumbed down.
Website design and build
We designed and built the website from the ground up with wireframes, UX planning, and a mobile-first approach. Every page was designed around a specific stage of the customer journey.

All content was written with on-page SEO in mind: keyword-targeted headings, meta tags, clean URL structure, and internal linking to support organic discovery over time.
